This position is responsible to build and maintain processes within the panel plant to ensure product is manufactured and ready to ship on time.  Position will also be responsible for overseeing the inventory control function as well as transactional architecture within the manufacturing process.  To the extent that manual processes continue to be required to release work to the production floor, this position will also maintain that responsibility.


  • Oversee daily and weekly scheduling process to ensure that orders are manufactured on time.
  • Work on further augmentations of the scheduling process to improve and automate it.
  • Oversee periodic process to modify coverage settings for discrete raw materials as well as set supermarket set-points for those that are ‘stock’.
  • Oversees cycle counting process and monitors results to highlight transactional processes requiring review or improvement.
  • Ensures that layup work center capacity is balanced through either AX CTP functionality or other means.
  • Monitors WIP levels and works with Operations to keep manufacturing lead times in control.
  • Primary responsibility for monitoring on time performance.  Ensures causes of misses are prioritized, understood and disseminated across the organization with tangible plans for improvement.
  • Work to ensure that transactional architecture and accuracy within the plant is sufficient to highlight material waste by cause and also maintain highly accurate physical inventory.
  • Work closely with IT to plan for and execute technology updates and improvements..


  • Good analytical and computer skills
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamix AX is required
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and able to multitask
  • Supervisory experience is a plus


  • Bachelors degree in computer related field, business operations management required
  • Experience in forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory management, shop floor scheduling, and capacity planning.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the coordination of all maintenance, electrical and new construction activities of the company. The Maintenance Manager will directly supervise a team of millwrights, electricians and carpenters and develop a solid preventive and predictive maintenance program for the manufacturing process and its machinery. Responsible for securing all bids and permits, and coordination of all work performed by outside contractors.  It is the responsibility of the maintenance manager to purchase new machinery and manage maintenance’s yearly budget.  In coordination with the manufacturing plant manager, responsible for safety. This position will directly report to Plant Manager.


  • Lead maintenance team to insure optimum machine up-time and reliability.
  • Work with production to assess equipment needs and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies to minimize equipment down-time.
  • Continue to create a safe working environment in all areas of the plant with the goal being to reduce the overall injury rate.
  • Develop and implement a complete PM for the entire mill
  • Develop a budget to insure a reliable operation, while closely monitoring indirect materials cost.
  • Develop and maintain a high performing team environment.
  • Develop and maintain an on-going preventative maintenance program for each piece of equipment.
  • Responsible for managing labor cost.
  • Responsible for Maintenance department work schedule.
  • Manage Capex Projects Budgets as assigned.
  • Monitor and maintain all equipment to meet environmental and safety requirements of local, state and federal regulatory agencies.


  • Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
  • Full knowledge of maintenance, construction and electrical management principles.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and requirements.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 7+ years of Plant Maintenance management experience.
  • 7+ years electrical experience, to include plc programming, closed loop position control, 3 phase power distribution desired


  • Indoor & Outdoors with varied temperature
  • Personal Protective Equipment required
